The parallelism is less than 0.01mm, and we can handle a lot size of 2000 pieces per month. Our double-sided grinding and lapping technology does not use magnets for workpiece fixation; instead, it grinds and polishes the workpiece by sandwiching it between upper and lower rotating grinding wheels, allowing us to accommodate various materials, including non-magnetic materials and difficult-to-machine materials. "High-precision polished products" are manufactured by simultaneous grinding of the outer and inner diameter end faces using a vertical grinding machine in a temperature-controlled room. A comparative measurement device with precision comparable to a three-dimensional measuring machine is used to suppress dimensional errors caused by measurement methods.
